User ( 14:58) Family sized homely beach houses in a condominium association not a 5 min walk to ocean front with two public pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, playground for kids, a Marina, and a beach front clubhouse. Pool is decent, and beach access is easy with the provided golf cart (however, not every room has a golf cart). Some of the houses are bigger than others, ranging from 1-3 bedrooms typically. Great place to stay and would stay again. Each unit has a golf cart for easy access to the beach and pools. User ( 08:27) Very cozy little community. Each unit comes with a golf cart to move through the complex. There were many things for kids to do including beach access, 2 pools, putt putt, horse shoes and shuffle board. Our units furniture was lacking and old, but our family stayed in 63 and it was well furnished and very nice. It gets you away from the spring break tourist traps of Panama City. I've been coming here with my family for almost 30 years. It's low key and perfect for kids, even has a playground and basketball court! User ( 07:32) We vacation at venture out every year it's a fun place to stay with plenty of things to do. I would suggest staying in a nice condo by the time you get done paying their extra fees. Had lots of fun here on our company trip. The place is safe, beautiful and affordable. Two swimming pools in the complex and 24 hour security. We love to make it easy to book Paradise.
